Baked Rice with Pineapple

All materials are ready

Scramble the eggs first and set aside

Stir fry with shallots in a wok

Add carrots and green peppers and stir fry until it becomes soft and raw

Add overnight rice and stir fry

Add eggs and stir-fry, add salt

Add pineapple chunks when you are about to start the pot, you can add some sugar to avoid too sour pineapple

Put the fried rice in a special oven tray, arrange the pre-cooked oden and sausage, cover with mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven, and test at 170°C for 7, 8 minutes.

Tips:
1. The baking time and temperature of the oven can be adjusted by yourself, as long as the cheese is melted, it can be eaten;
2. I use canned pineapple, because fresh pineapple is astringent and needs to be processed.
