Baked Rice with Pineapple

1. All materials are ready

2. Scramble the eggs first and set aside

3. Stir fry with shallots in a wok

4. Add carrots and green peppers and stir fry until it becomes soft and raw

5. Add overnight rice and stir fry

6. Add eggs and stir-fry, add salt

7. Add pineapple chunks when you are about to start the pot, you can add some sugar to avoid too sour pineapple

8. Put the fried rice in a special oven tray, arrange the pre-cooked oden and sausage, cover with mozzarella cheese, put it in the oven, and test at 170°C for 7, 8 minutes.

9. Finished product.

Tips:

1. The baking time and temperature of the oven can be adjusted by yourself, as long as the cheese is melted, it can be eaten;
2. I use canned pineapple, because fresh pineapple is astringent and needs to be processed.
