Baked Rice with Vegetable Meatballs

Dice meatballs, carrots, and onions, shred cabbage, and appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese. One bowl of rice overnight.

Heat a pot with a small amount of olive oil, add the chopped ingredients and stir-fry together, and add half a spoon of salt.

Add the rice, continue to stir fry, sprinkle a little black pepper, and turn off the heat until it is cooked.

Put the fried rice into a glass bowl of Locke, and put the cooked corn kernels.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese, like the drawing effect is better, you can put some more.

Preheat the upper and lower tubes of the oven at 180 degrees, bake for 15 minutes, and the surface will be slightly burnt.
Tips:
1. I use cooked corn kernels, if they are raw, they need to be cooked in advance.
2. The meatballs are salty, just add a small amount of salt when frying.
