Baked Sausage Bun Rolls

Prepared ingredients.

All the auxiliary materials are added with flour and put into the bread machine, kneaded into dough and fermented.

The fermented dough exhausts the air.

Divide into small doses of equal size.

Take a portion of the dough and knead it into a strip, and wrap the sausage on one end.

Wrap all the dough around the sausage.

Cover the rolled buns with corn leaves and put them in the steamer to double the size again.

Bring to a boil, continue for 15 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes, open the lid and take it out.
Tips:
1. When steaming the steamed buns, do not open the lid in the middle, turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes before opening the lid. The steamed buns will not shrink.
2. Put the steamed buns steamed with corn leaves on the non-stick steamer.
