Baked Scallops with Cheese

Wash the scallops, wipe the shells dry, and control the watering of the shells. Soak them in brandy and put them back in the shells. Sprinkle with appropriate amount of fried garlic and salt.

Cover the top with a layer of mozzarella cheese, put more, as high as it can be piled, the cheese will not melt much after baking.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.

When you are done, first pick up the side of the cheese and take a sip of the soup inside. It's fresh.
Tips:
Put the shellfish on the kitchen paper to absorb water for more than half an hour to remove the excess water.
More cheese is delicious, so if you can put it on top, put it on top.
The red scallop paste looks good, but the white paste feels more delicious.
