Baked Shiitake Mushrooms with Cheese Quail Eggs

1. Remove the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms, wash and dry;

2. Cover the baking tray with tin foil; brush the inside and outside of the shiitake mushrooms with a layer of oil, place them on the baking tray, sprinkle a little salt, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes;

3. Then take out the baking tray and sprinkle a little black pepper into the shiitake mushrooms;

4. Put a quail egg into each shiitake mushroom;
