Baked Shiitake Mushrooms with Cheese Quail Eggs

                                Remove the stalks of the shiitake mushrooms, wash and dry;

                                Cover the baking tray with tin foil; brush the inside and outside of the shiitake mushrooms with a layer of oil, place them on the baking tray, sprinkle a little salt, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes;

                                Then take out the baking tray and sprinkle a little black pepper into the shiitake mushrooms;

                                Put a quail egg into each shiitake mushroom;

                                Spread cheese strips and bake for 20 minutes in the oven;

                                Finally, sprinkle a little sweet pepper powder and add some coriander. (There is a difference between oven and cheese, the time is for reference only)
