Baked Shrimp Bento

1. After washing the shrimps, blanch them once. The prawns are clean, so the shrimp intestines are not processed.

2. Prepare other ingredients, about the amount of a bento box.

3. Put the tofu silk on the bottom, and put the rest of the ingredients in one after another.

4. You can mix and match the lotus root slices with shrimps.

5. 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, half tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of peanut oil, mix with sauce. Salt can be added a little or not.
