Baked Shrimp with Egg Yolk

Remove the prawns from the shrimp line, clean the feet and blanch them in a pot for later use, cut the green onion into sections, and shred the ginger for later use.

Tips:
Because the egg yolk has a salty taste, do not add salt to the shrimp, just add a little light soy sauce.
