Baked Shrimp with Garlic Cheese

The shrimp is freshly cooked and frozen Penaeus vannamei, soaked in cold water in advance to thaw

Mince garlic, chopped green onion

Open the back of the shrimp, remove the shrimp thread, pat the back of the knife flat, and cut the back of the shrimp as deep as possible

Tips:
Choose larger shrimps as much as possible. Cut the shrimps deeper but don't cut them. Use the back of a knife to pat a few times to get more shape.
