Baked Shrimp with Yam Cheese

Use kitchen scissors to cut the shrimp head from beginning to end to peel the shrimp, leaving the shell on the tail.

Remove the shrimp thread.

The processed shrimps are blanched in boiling water.

Remove and set aside.

Spread a layer of yam puree on top of the shrimp. Put it in a baking dish. For easy placement, put a layer of vegetable leaves under the shrimp.

Put some grated cheese on the yam puree and sprinkle a layer of grated black pepper.
7.
Bake at 180 degrees in the oven until the cheese is melted.

Tips:
Mashed yam can be replaced by mashed potatoes.
