Pomfret is easy to cook. I just adjusted the flavor with cooking wine, salt, sugar and oyster sauce in advance, then wrapped it in tin foil and baked it in the oven. The grilled fish broth is plump and tender, with a spoonful of scallion oil and freshly ground black pepper to increase the fragrance and flavor.

1. Clean the silver pomfret and drain the water

2. Apply the knife evenly on both sides

3. Add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, salt, sugar, oyster sauce and fine pepper, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, and turn over once in the middle

4. Preheat the oven at 230° for ten minutes

5. The marinated fish and the soup are spread on tin foil, and then wrapped

6. Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 230°
