Baked Silver Pomfret in Tin Foil

Clean the silver pomfret and drain the water

Apply the knife evenly on both sides

Add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, salt, sugar, oyster sauce and fine pepper, mix well, marinate for 20 minutes, and turn over once in the middle

Preheat the oven at 230° for ten minutes

The marinated fish and the soup are spread on tin foil, and then wrapped

Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 230°

Take it out, open the tin foil, and set aside the green onion and ginger

Sprinkle with a spoonful of scallion oil
