Baked Sweet Potatoes in Casserole

Clean and dry the casserole, prepare tin foil and grill.

Put the grill in the casserole.

Lay a layer of tin foil horizontally, and press the extra corners on the edge of the pot.

Lay another layer vertically and crisscross, and press the bottom flat.

Put in the washed purple sweet potato.

Cover the pot.

Bake on high heat for 30 minutes.

Turn the purple sweet potato underneath, cover the pot and continue to bake for 20 minutes. (Be careful when you turn it over.)

When the time is up, turn off the heat and do not open the lid. You can use the remaining temperature in the pot to stuff the purple sweet potato. Gently pierce it with chopsticks and it will penetrate easily.
Tips:
1: The general casserole on the market cannot be dried.
2: The casserole is fired at a high temperature. When using it for the first time, do not soak in water, and do not need to raise or open the pot. It can be used directly after washing.
3: The casserole should be placed in a ventilated and dry place as far as possible, not in the cabinet.
4: Purple sweet potatoes were used without buying sweet potatoes. The method is the same. The time can be adjusted appropriately according to the size of the sweet potatoes and the firepower of each gas stove.
