Baked Wings with Fermented Bean Curd and Apple
1.
Wash and drain the chicken wings. Use a knife to make a few knives on both sides of the chicken wings (to taste) and set aside.
2.
Crush the fermented bean curd and mix all the seasonings into a sauce.
3.
Put the chicken wings in the sauce and mix well, put on disposable gloves and knead it with your hands for 10 minutes (if time permits, it is best to put it in the refrigerator and marinate overnight).
4.
Place the marinated chicken wings in a baking tray and coat with the remaining sauce.
5.
Preheat the oven at 250°, bake the front and back for 5 minutes on each side, then turn to the front, and continue to bake at 200° for 10 minutes (please adjust the package according to your own oven temperature, don’t bake it).
6.
Unexpectedly, the savory fermented bean curd and sweet apple sauce roasted chicken wings tasted good. Haha, it was a success.
