As a rare edible fungus, bamboo fungus generally grows on the roots of bamboo. It is also a kind of vegetable. It tastes as delicious as bamboo shoots. Now let’s cook delicious bamboo fungus.

Ingredients

Bamboo Sun and Abalone Soup

1. Wash the upper ribs, blanch them in water, put them in a pressure cooker, and press them for about 5 minutes after airing.

2. Clean the abalone and cut it into horizontal and vertical cross patterns (not to cut it is best) for later use.
Soak the fungus in light salt water for about 10 minutes, cut off the cap (closed end), and remove the flower part of the fungus (the mesh part, where the flower is where the fragrance of the fungus is concentrated), and only the stem is reserved for future use .

3. After the upper ribs soup is ventilated, add bamboo fungus and cook for about 5 minutes, then add small abalones, cook for about 5 minutes, and add a proper amount of salt.
