Add to the stewed pork ribs soup, add some salt and simmer for about ten minutes.
8.
Sprinkle some chopped green onion or chopped green garlic.
Tips:
1. The blanched ribs are washed with warm water to wash away the blood foam. The reason for washing with hot water and warm water is to make the meat easier to crisp. The blanched ribs directly into the cold water will tighten the surface of the meat. Not easy to burn.
