Banana Carrot Egg Pancakes
1.
Carrots and bananas are mashed separately.
I want to eat the carrot and banana pellets in the pancakes, so I didn't beat them too finely.
2.
Mix the two purees together, add the eggs and flour.
3.
Pour the milk and stir well.
4.
The butter melts in the pan, so I don't need to put a lot in the beginning, I cut a small piece of butter and add it to the pan after each frying.
5.
The batter is poured into the pot by slowly drawing a circle from the middle to the surroundings.
Use a larger scoop, preferably one scoop per cake, so that the amount can be fixed each time.
6.
When a small hole starts to appear in the middle of the cake, you can turn it over and fry it again to get out of the pan.
Frying will be very uncomfortable at first, and the shape is ugly (as shown in the picture above...), but when it reaches the fifth and sixth frying, you will want to go out and set up a pancake stand.
A total of 10 pancakes are fried, and they are stacked and topped with honey and dried fruit. You are done!
Tips:
If you use fresh fruits instead of dried fruits, even better!
If honey is not used, hot chocolate or maple syrup can be used.
