Banana Chocolate Yogurt

Mix the butter with caster sugar, heat over water to melt the butter.

Pour other ingredients at the bottom of the cake (except walnuts), and use a spatula to mix into a dough.

The walnuts are roasted in the microwave or oven and chopped. Add to the butter dough and mix well. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Put oil paper on the bottom of the cake mold, divide the dough into two parts, and press the dough directly into the cake mold.

Put it in a preheated oven, 200 degrees, upper and lower fire, middle level, bake for about 15 minutes. Take out and let cool thoroughly.

Put the cream cheese in a basin, and then put the basin in hot water at about 65 degrees to soften the cheese. Beat until smooth.

Add granulated sugar and stir well.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add cornstarch and stir well.

The banana is pureed with a spoon.

Add the mashed banana to the cheese paste and mix well.

Divide the chocolate beans into two portions and sprinkle them on the bottom of the cake.

Pour the cheese paste.

Preheat the oven. Pour hot water into the baking tray, put it on the bottom layer, put the grill on the second floor, and place the cake tin on the grill.

Bake at 200°C until the surface is slightly colored, then adjust to 180°C and bake for about 40 minutes. The whole journey takes about 50-55 minutes.
