Banana Ice Cream

Put the egg yolk, milk powder, fresh milk and white sugar into the milk pot, and use a manual whisk to stir roughly evenly

Heat it on a low heat and keep stirring with a manual whisk. Boil until small bubbles appear at the bottom of the pot, turn off the heat. Do not over boil the milk, otherwise the egg yolk will coagulate, which will affect the taste. Keep it away from the fire and let it cool at room temperature.

Peel the banana, put the whole banana in a fresh-keeping bag, and roll it with a wooden board into a mud

Gather the mashed bananas, cut a hole at the bottom of the fresh-keeping bag, and squeeze the mashed bananas into the cold milk like a piping bag

Mix the milk and the mashed bananas with a manual whisk and continue to stir evenly

Stir the ice cream and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Adequate refrigeration will help solidify later.

Put the pre-frozen ice cream bucket that comes with the bread maker, install the stirring rod, and slowly pour the ice cream liquid. You can also use an ice cream machine to stir. I chose the ice cream mixing function of the bread maker, which takes 20-30 minutes. I stirred for 20 minutes, room temperature is 25 degrees, for reference

The ice cream after mixing is soft and can be eaten directly

Fill the ice cream liquid with a rubber spatula into the silicone mold and put it in the freezer overnight to freeze it completely

To take out the formed ice cream, just use your fingers to push the soft silicone mold up one by one. It's very convenient, the shape is good, and it's awesome.

Tips:
1. The milk is boiled until there are small bubbles at the bottom of the pot, do not over boil, otherwise the egg yolk will solidify and affect the taste;
2. After allowing it to cool completely at room temperature, the milk will be a little mushy;

4. Students who don't have an ice cream machine can also put the ice cream liquid that has been stirred into the freezer, take it out and stir it every 1 hour, and stir it for about three times, which can also achieve less ice scum.
