1. Make yogurt in advance (you can buy ready-made yogurt, but homemade is healthier and more meaningful). The preparation of yogurt is very simple. The ingredients only need whole milk plus bacterial powder, usually 1L milk with 1g (1 pack) Bacteria powder.

2. All utensils for making yogurt, including the bottles that will be filled with yogurt, must be sterilized at high temperature and dried. First, pour 250ML milk in a suitable container, add bacterial powder and 30 grams of fine sugar (you can also add sugar). Stir well until the powder and sugar melt.

3. Pour in the remaining milk and mix well.

4. Sifting it once will make the yogurt more delicate.

5. Put it into the bottle prepared in advance.

6. Cover the lid and put it into the bread machine bucket (I used the bread machine's yogurt function to make it. If you use the yogurt machine, the previous steps are the same).

7. Start the yogurt program, the default is 8 hours. (This time can be adjusted according to the actual situation, for example, 6 hours may be enough in summer)

8. After 8 hours, the thick homemade old yogurt is finished. Add bananas and mangoes directly, it is also delicious.

9. Prepare the smoothie ingredients: one banana (about 100 grams), one mango (200 grams of pulp is needed for juice, and some for decoration), 400 grams of yogurt.

10. Cut the banana into sections and the mango into pieces. (The weather is still slightly cold now, so my fruits are not frozen in advance)

11. Put the yogurt into the juice cup.

12. Start the juice program, bananas and mangoes are easier to beat, so I only took 5 minutes to be OK.

13. After sieving, the smoothie liquid will be more delicate.

14. Cut a few bananas and decorate the cup.

15. Pour in the smoky liquid, add some mango pulp, and top with a few young mint leaves.
