Banana Milk Cake

The egg separates the egg white from the yolk.

Add warm milk, yeast, sugar and egg yolk and stir well.

Add cake flour and stir to form a batter.

Add sugar to the egg white three times and beat with a whisk until it drips milky white.

Add the whipped egg whites to the egg yolk paste three times, and stir evenly like a stir-fry.

Put the bananas in a fresh-keeping bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

Pour the banana puree into the batter and stir well.
8.
Pour the banana batter into the rice cooker and sprinkle with black currant raisins. Press the cooking button to start making cakes.
