Banana Milk Sago
1.
Scallop and Donggua Soup
2.
Bring the water to a boil, add the sago to the pot and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes.
3.
When the sago has small white cores and most of it is transparent, turn off the heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes.
4.
After 5 minutes, the sago is completely transparent. Remove the sago and drain.
5.
Rinse it with cold water again, so that the sticky sago is already in grains.
6.
Drain the sago, pour it into the milk, and mix well. (The milk can be pure milk or sweet milk, because the sago itself is tasteless, so you can add an appropriate amount of rock sugar to the milk and heat it until the rock sugar melts)
7.
Slice the banana.
8.
Put it in the milk sago, so the sweet banana milk sago is ready!
Tips:
1. The sago itself has no taste. If it is not sweet enough, you can cook it with milk and rock sugar.
2. Boil the sago on a low heat, stirring constantly with a spoon while cooking, to avoid sticking to the pan.
