Banana muffins often appear on my dining table. Their soft and sweet taste is very popular with children and elderly people. Muffins are actually a kind of cakes. They use baking powder to achieve a fluffy effect. I usually beat egg whites instead of baking powder. The finished product and taste are no worse than using baking powder.

Banana Muffins

1. Add the bananas to the milk and put them in the cooking cup.

2. Put it in a food processor and mash it.

3. Add an egg yolk and stir well.

4. Add fine sugar to the egg whites and beat them with a whisk until hard foaming.

5. Sift the low flour into the banana yolk paste.

6. Stir evenly with a rubber spatula.

7. Add the whipped egg whites to the egg yolk paste in batches and mix well.

8. Put the batter into the piping bag.

9. Do not put oil in the pan, squeeze the batter directly into the pan. Keep the fire power at a low level, wait for many fine bubbles to appear on the surface of the batter, and turn it over after the bubbles burst.
