Banana Muffins

Low-gluten flour, milk, eggs, bananas

Banana peeled and chopped

Put it in the juicer and pour the milk (there is a food processor at home

Squeezed into juice

Pour into a bowl

Beaten eggs

Pour into the banana milk paste. Stir well

Stir evenly, no particles

A spoonful of sugar, mix well

Preheat a nonstick pan, pour the batter, and fry on medium heat. There will be many bubbles on one side.

When it is almost solidified, turn it over and fry for another minute or so (repeat steps 11-12 repeatedly)
