Banana Oatmeal Ice Cream-low-fat Sugar Substitute
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
Crush the peeled bananas into puree.
3.
Add no-boiled oatmeal.
4.
Pour the yogurt.
5.
After mixing well, add appropriate amount of honey (decide the amount according to your own preferences, you can taste it, haha)
6.
Put the lid on and put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator.
7.
Take it out and stir it every two hours (or longer, I stir it three or four times in total).
8.
When eating, take it out and let it stand at room temperature, stir it again, and then scoop it out for consumption.
9.
You can eat directly like this.
10.
You can also eat it with jam, which is quite delicious.
Tips:
1. If you add some milk powder in the ingredients, the taste will be softer
2. You can also add other fruits you like, such as raisins, etc.
3. The amount of bananas can be increased, but some oats should be added appropriately
4. Pour in the oats without cooking. After adjustment, you can put it in the fresh-keeping room to make the yogurt soften. You can put it directly in the freezer to let it slowly absorb the moisture of the yogurt.
