Banana Pancakes
1.
Peel the banana, put it in a bowl, and puree it with a spoon

Add sugar, mix the mashed banana and sugar with a spoon

Beat in an egg and mix well

Sift in glutinous rice flour

Mix well with a spatula

Electric baking pan heating and oiling

Once out of the pan, slice it
Tips:
1. After adding an egg, scatter it with chopsticks and add the flour.
2. If the paste is too thick, you can add some more water.
3. The paste is a little bit hopeful, and the cake is softer.
