Banana Pie
1.
Cut the butter into small pieces and soften it
2.
Add powdered sugar and sifted low powder to the softened butter
3.
Knead the above-mentioned ingredients by hand into large granules, and add milk in several times
4.
Knead the ingredients evenly into a smooth dough, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut the banana
5.
Roll the banana chunks into puree, add 1 teaspoon each of condensed milk and light cream, then add corn starch, and mix well
6.
Take out the refrigerated dough and roll it into thin slices
7.
Press the thin slices into a round dough, take a piece of dough, and put on the banana filling
8.
Fold in half to make a banana pie. Brush the surface of the banana pie with a little egg mixture, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and turn at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. If you don't like bananas, you can replace the filling with durian, which is equally delicious;
2. The softened butter and flour must be kneaded into granules first, and then water is added in portions to ensure that the pie crust is more even;
3. An appropriate amount of dry starch must be added to the banana filling, otherwise it will break the pie crust and burst out when baking.
