Banana Pumpkin Pie
1.
Slice the pumpkin, spread it in a flat steamer, and steam over high heat for about 7,8 minutes.
2.
Press the squash into puree with a spoon while it is hot
3.
Put the glutinous rice flour, I don’t think you need to put sugar, you have to wrap the banana filling, the pumpkin is sweet too
4.
Mix into pumpkin dough, just don’t touch your hands
5.
Banana peeled and cut into small pieces
6.
Pull off a piece of dough the size of a ping-pong ball, reunite, and put in banana pieces
7.
Close your mouth tightly
8.
Squeeze directly, put on the prepared sesame seeds, dip in the sesame seeds, and lightly compact
9.
Put a little oil in a non-stick pan, put in the finished pumpkin pie
10.
Fry the pumpkin pie until golden on both sides
Tips:
It is best to use a non-stick pan, or heat the pan with hot oil and low heat. Otherwise it is easy to stick to the pot.
The amount of pumpkin and glutinous rice flour is adjusted according to the water content of the pumpkin, so that the pumpkin can be combined into a dough to the extent that it does not touch your hands.
