Banana Toast Roll
1.
Beat the eggs, add milk, a little sugar, and mix well.
(I used 1 egg, 2 bananas, 4 slices of toast; moderate milk is fine)
2.
Cut the sides of the toast and thin it with a rolling pin.
(The four sides that are cut off can be eaten, don’t waste~)
3.
Cut the peeled banana in half and place it on the side of the toast slice.
4.
Roll up and dip some egg liquid on the mouth to make it sticky.
5.
Soak the banana toast in the egg liquid, soak the whole piece of egg liquid.
6.
Brush a little oil in the non-stick pan, add the banana toast roll and fry on low heat.
(Fry the side of the mouth first, so as not to open)
7.
When frying, keep turning the toast roll until the egg liquid on the surface is fully cooked. Take it out of the pot, cut it into small pieces, and eat it with condensed milk or your favorite jam. It tastes pretty good.
(Bananas should not be too ripe for frying, the taste of ripe bananas will be sour~)
Tips:
1. When frying the toast rolls, be sure to have a low heat, roll over frequently, and the egg mixture on each side can be cooked. Remember not to fry the bananas too much, the ripe bananas will be very sour~
2. If you think the condensed milk is too sweet, you can match it with jam. The taste is also great!
