Banana Walnut Cake

Prepare ingredients.

Bake bananas in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes (no need to preheat).

Cover the mold with greased paper.

After the bananas are roasted, peel them and put them in a clean basin. Pour the powder and egg liquid (pour in two times). Stir evenly at low speed, and then whit at medium speed.

Then add the yogurt and mix well, then add the corn oil and mix well; then sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together, and mix with a whisk at low speed until there is no dry powder. (Don't let it go for too long, it's easy to get ribs) Finally, add the walnuts and pour them into the mold, preheat at 180°C and bake for 35 minutes.

After it is out of the oven, lift the paper and take out the mold and place it on the drying rack to cool it down.
