Banana Yogurt Cheese Mousse
1.
Prepare raw materials
2.
A banana and a packet of yogurt machine is broken into a milkshake. If you can't use it up, you can drink two big mouthfuls.
3.
Gelatine soaked in advance
4.
The cheese is well stirred
5.
Gelatine melts in water
6.
Cream cheese with 40 grams of caster sugar, heat in water and beat until smooth, add gelatine liquid, add whipped cream
7.
Add yogurt banana liquid, sieve and mix well
8.
Cut the cake into two pieces, one for the bottom (I used a 6-inch live-bottom cake mold), and the other one for use.
9.
Pour the mousse
10.
Add another layer of cake
11.
Pour into the mousse liquid and freeze in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to solidify
12.
QQ sugar (one pack of yellow), add 20 grams of water to melt, let air dry.
13.
Pour the mousse, tilt it slightly, and send it to the refrigerator to solidify
14.
Then use a pack of red QQ candy to boil into liquid, pour it on the mousse with less tilt, and refrigerate until it solidifies.
Tips:
If there is leftover mousse, you can put it in other small molds and refrigerate for molding.
