Banana Yogurt Popsicle

Save half of the two bananas and cut into pieces for later use, cut the remaining bananas into pieces and put them in a blender, add yogurt and honey, and stir to form

1. Pour the banana yogurt paste into the popsicle mold. I used the yogurt box I drank before. Then put the banana chunks saved in the previous step evenly into each mold
2. Squeeze three drops of chocolate condensed milk into each mold, stir it a few times with chopsticks. Condensed milk can be omitted

1. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half
2. Take out the semi-solidified mold and insert a wooden stick. Continue to freeze until the shape is finalized
Tips:
When the popsicle is to be eaten, leave the mold at room temperature for a while and then take it out. If you are impatient, you can soak the bottom of the mold in water.
Honey is added according to personal taste, but condensed milk can be left alone.
