Bao Sansi-------fried Spring Rolls

Peel the cucumbers, peel the potatoes, and soak the black fungus clean.

Shred cucumbers, potatoes, black fungus and marinate for a few minutes.

Chop pork belly into puree, stir in chopped green onion and salt, mix well and set aside.
