Barbecue Claypot Rice

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Soak the rice about an hour in advance
3.
Boil a layer of oil in the pot

Add rice to water and cook about 1:5

Fry the quail eggs in a pan with some oil

Boil the mushrooms and greens in boiling water for half a minute

Tips:
Shabu the oil in the pot to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot. When making claypot rice, it will be less muddy if you watch the ignition and adjust it accidentally! Adding barbecue sauce does not need to add salt to taste
