I have always missed the barbecued pork that I ate in a restaurant. Taking advantage of the festival, I made my own barbecued pork sauce. I wanted to make a plate of barbecued pork and share it with my family.

Barbecued Pork

1. Prepare the raw materials, shred green onion, slice garlic, slice ginger and set aside

2. Put the meat in a scoop and rinse with water to wipe off the moisture

3. Prepare a large bowl, put the meat in a container, put two spoons of barbecued pork sauce on it, and spread it evenly

4. Add salt. Those with a mild taste can leave it out, because the char siu sauce contains salt

5. Vegetable essence

6. Finally add green onion, ginger, garlic

7. Grab the meat evenly with your hands and pinch the meat for a better taste

8. Seal the grabbed meat with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator, keep it in the refrigerator for more than 20 hours, turn it over in the middle

9. Place the marinated meat on the grill, put it in the middle of the oven, put a baking tray on the lower layer, spread a piece of tin foil to catch the oil, turn on the hot air circulation function, and bake the upper and lower heat at 220 degrees for 20 minutes, and the reverse side for another 20 minutes.

10. Take out the roasted meat, let it cool, and slice it

Tips:

Be sure to put a piece of tin foil to catch the oil when grilling, otherwise the baking pan will be difficult to clean
