Barbecued Pork and Pork Bun

Plum meat is marinated for 24 hours with red fermented bean curd juice, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, sugar, salt, honey, and pepper powder (the homemade barbecue pork is included in the previous recipe).
