Barbecued Pork Chicken Cutlet Hamburger

Let's make the hamburger embryo first: add all the liquid to the bottom of the bread machine bucket (a little bit of egg liquid can be reserved for painting the surface of the bread), add high flour and yeast to the top, start the kneading program

Knead until you can pull out a large piece of film. (I used it for 40 minutes, which is two 20 minutes), and then cover it and leave it in a warm place to ferment to double its size, about 1 hour

Take out the exhaust gas and divide it into eight rounds

Put it into the baking tray, and spread greased paper instead of a non-stick tray.

Start the oven fermentation program, and put the baking tray into the oven for a second fermentation to double its size

Take out and brush the egg liquid on the surface of the hamburger embryo, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and preheat the oven at 180 degrees

Put it in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes, then take out the hamburger, cool and seal for storage.

Next, make the barbecued pork cutlet: wash the chicken breast and cut into thick slices, tap it with the back of a knife to loosen it (this step can make the chicken cutlet more absorbed seasoning and make the chicken cutlet tender and juicy)

Add the shallots, garlic slices, char siu sauce, black pepper powder, cooking wine and a small amount of water into a bowl and mix well (the sauce must be absorbed)

Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight (if you are in a hurry, marinate for 30 minutes)

Take out the chicken the next day, add a little oil to the pan and fry the chicken well

The hamburger billet is cut from the bottom 1/3

Squeeze in an appropriate amount of salad dressing and spread evenly

Add the fried chicken chops and squeeze tomato sauce on top

Cover with a lettuce leaf and squeeze in the right amount of salad dressing
