Barbecued Pork Egg

6 eggs! Add salt, oil, chicken powder and stir together! Until the dense little bubbles!

Put a lot of oil in the pan, then stir-fry the char siu.

Pour the egg liquid after the stir-fried char siu, remember to stir-fry immediately after pouring! Don't let the egg mixture become muddy, turn off the heat when the egg mixture is set, and stir-fry for about 15 seconds before serving!
4.
Get chopsticks!
Tips:
If you feel that there is less oil in the pan during the stir-frying process, add more oil! Otherwise the egg won't slip!
