Barbecued Pork Ribs

1. Soak the ribs to remove the blood and drain (soak for at least 3 hours, change the water several times in between, until the blood is completely soaked).

2. Add the barbecued pork sauce and mix evenly, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Pour a little oil into the pan, add the marinated ribs and stir fry evenly.

4. Add lukewarm water until the ribs are over, turn to a medium-low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

5. When the soup becomes less, turn to high heat to collect the juice.

6. Until the soup is almost dry.
