Pickled Duxian, belongs to Jiangnan Wuyue special dishes. Stew the salted pork, fresh pork and tender spring bamboo shoots into a full pot of soup. The meat is crispy and the bamboo shoots are crisp, fresh and refreshing. Drinking a bowl of fragrant soup will greatly increase your appetite.

1. Materials are ready.

2. Wash the small rows and put them in a pot of cold water to heat. Wash with warm water.

3. Wash the bacon with warm water and slice it.

4. Put the blanched short ribs and bacon slices in hot water, pour in the cooking wine, add the shallots, and ginger to a boil, simmer for 40 minutes (you can see the amount of water in the middle, add boiling water if it is less).
