Homemade Sweet and Sour Short Ribs

Boil a small row in a pot under cold water for 5 minutes

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot and stir-fry with rock sugar

Add the ribs and stir fry until the surface slightly discolors

Add green onion, sliced ginger, garlic, star anise and chili and saute until fragrant
5.
Pour in the braised soy sauce and stir fry evenly
6.
Add a little more water, pour vinegar, and simmer for 40 minutes

Sprinkle salt and harvest the juice
