Steamed Pork Ribs with Bean Drum

350g short ribs, 3g salt, 6g sugar
10g corn starch, 5g shredded ginger, 15g peanut oil
35g minced garlic, 30g tempeh, 10g white wine, 2g pepper

Soak in cold water for half an hour to remove blood, then use kitchen paper to absorb the water

Add salt, sugar, cornstarch and knead slowly until thick

Add cold water, cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to stand for 1 hour

Tips:
1. Spare ribs must be steamed with hot water. Steaming the meat with cold water will not be tender, which will cause the meat to change.
