Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Cut the green onion into sections, wash 500 grams of pork loin, prepare the barbecued pork sauce, I use Lee Kum Kee’s barbecued pork sauce, which is sold in supermarkets

Spread char siu sauce evenly on the pork, put the green onion in the basin, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for one night, flip 2-3 times in the middle to make it easy to taste evenly

Put the marinated pork on the iron rack to drain

Spread a layer of honey on the surface of the pork and let cool for about 15 minutes

Put it in the oven, put a tray on the bottom, and put absorbent paper on the tray. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Take out the remaining sauce when marinating and spread a layer on the pork, put it in the oven at 150 degrees and continue to bake for 10 minutes

After roasting, remove the meat and cut into 3mm wide slices.
Tips:
I tried the barbecued pork for the first time, the taste was a bit weak, next time the meat should be thinner and add some salt to meet the appetite of the northerners
