Guishen Yam Pork Loin

Cut the pork loin in half to cut off the internal white tendons

Soak the pork loin in enough rice wine or cooking wine for half an hour, then change the water and rinse it seven or eight times until it is clear and has no peculiar smell

Put the angelica, dangshen, and yam into the gauze bag, and seal the bag

Put the pork loin and medicine bag into the cast iron pot, add proper amount of water

Stew the pork loin over medium-low heat until cooked through

Remove the pork loin, cut into long strips or thin slices, mix in light soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, minced garlic and sesame oil, stir evenly, and serve.
Tips:
1. Angelica, Codonopsis, and Chinese yam are common Chinese medicinal materials, which can be bought in Chinese medicine stores or comprehensive large-scale pharmacies;
2. The pork loin must be cleaned, otherwise there will be a fishy smell and difficult to eat.
