Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce
1.
I use a piece of ribbed pork belly, peeled, about 500g. If you like pure lean meat, choose tenderloin.
2.
Add Lee Kum Kee barbecued pork sauce, ginger sauce, cooking wine (the beer I use), and dark soy sauce (a little) to the meat. Spread the surface evenly with a spoon. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate for 1 day. Turn it over halfway and wipe 1-2 times with the sauce in the plate.
3.
Add a tablespoon of honey to the sauce before roasting and spread the surface of the meat evenly. In the oven at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes, put the meat on the middle grill, the bottom layer of the baking tray, and a layer of tin foil to pick up the sauce for easy cleaning. Pay attention to the surface of the barbecued pork. You can cover it with tin foil in the later stage. Honey will burn easily.
4.
You can take it out halfway and brush the sauce again.
5.
Baked, sliced.
