Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce

Cut the pork belly into suitable shapes, mix the sauce with 50 grams of water, pour it into the pork belly, and marinate for more than 24 hours. It can be marinated in the refrigerator overnight.

After marinating, spread tin foil on the baking tray, put the pork belly, and brush a layer of sauce. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, heat the middle layer up and down, and bake for 20 minutes.

Turn it over, spread a layer of sauce, and bake for another 20 minutes. Take out the honey and bake it for another 5 minutes. Turn it over and apply the honey, and bake it for another 5 minutes. That's it.

Slice ready to eat. Note that when you bake for two 20 minutes, you can cover it with a layer of tin foil. The color is better. After applying honey, you can take it off and grasp the color yourself. You can also wrap the meat in tin foil for baking, so you don't need to spread tin foil.
