Barbecued Pork with Skin

Prepare barbecue sauce and pork belly.

Cut the meat into appropriate lengths, add light soy sauce with meat sauce, and marinate in honey for 24 hours. (It must be covered with plastic wrap and placed in the refrigerator)

Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and place the marinated pork on the baking tray.

Preheat the oven up and down at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, then place the baking tray in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Take out the roasted meat.

Cut the meat to a suitable thickness, then boil the sauce of the marinated meat in a pot and pour it on the grilled meat.
