Barbie Cake

Bake a six-inch and eight-inch cake in advance

Tips:
1. The egg yolk should not be boiled until it is boiling, otherwise it will be difficult to emulsify with the butter, and water and oil separation will occur.
2. If you don't like to eat too sweet, you can reduce the amount of sugar.
