Hu's Fish Fragrant Pork Pancake

Cut carrots, peppers, flatbreads, and pork into shreds, and mix well with cooking wine, salt, peanut oil, light soy sauce.

Cut the dried red pepper into sections, mince the garlic and pour in an appropriate amount of vinegar for later use

Prepare all the ingredients and seasonings as shown in the picture.

Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot, add the dried red pepper section to the hot oil, immediately add the shredded pork, stir fry to change the color, and add an appropriate amount of cooking wine.

When the shredded pork is cooked, add shredded carrots and stir fry, then add some light soy sauce.

Then add chili shreds and continue to fry

Then add the shredded flatbread and stir-fry until cooked. Finally, add the tuned minced garlic vinaigrette. Turn off the heat and stir-fry evenly. Cover the pot for a while for a better taste.
Tips:
After adding the cake shreds, change the heat to a low heat, otherwise it will be bad if the pan is easy to paste.
