Barley, Lotus Seed, Pork Belly Soup

Soak the barley and lotus seeds in cold water, rinse with ginger and garlic and set aside.

Clean and blanch pork belly and cut into strips.

Put the pork belly, lotus seeds, barley, ginger, and garlic in a rice cooker, add enough water and cooking wine and cook for one hour.
