Barley Pumpkin Pie

After the barley is washed and soaked, put it in a boiling pot, add an appropriate amount of water to cook the barley.

The pumpkin is peeled, washed and cut into thin slices, then put in a plate and steamed in a steamer.

Put the cooked barley and pumpkin into a food processor and beat them into juice.

Tips:
1. The amount of glutinous rice ball powder should be added according to the amount of pumpkin and barley juice. If you have no experience, add glutinous rice ball powder slowly.
2. If you like to eat sweet, you can sprinkle some sugar on it.
