Barley, Winter Melon and Old Duck Soup

The raw materials are shown in the picture. The winter melon has been carved by me, so the skin is given to me. Normal soup does not need to be peeled.

Chop the duck meat into small pieces, rinse several times, cut the lean meat into small pieces, and remove the red dates.

Put the other raw materials except winter melon and coriander into the pot, pour enough water, and bring to a boil

After the water is boiled, skim the scum, turn to low heat, cover and cook for one and a half hours

Add winter melon and continue to cook for half an hour

Finally, add salt to taste, and add coriander as you like.
